Sad. The colleague I like a lot, S., may leave soon, in November. His contract ends then. He has an offer to stay long-term and he's approached me several times, very low-key, saying he was overwhelmed by the decision, just now too. Now I feel something I don't want to feel. Better he leaves. :confused:

Absolute despair, dejected, hopelessness, grief, sadness, discouragement, sorrow, broken-heartedness discouragement. Panic and horror and feel like my heart is torn out. Total discoragement.Trying not to look like it or sound like it despite living it.

I am feeling more relaxed now.

When I went to pick H up from work, I took the dogs with me. On our way home we stopped at a park next to the river. The late afternoon sun was shining and the flower beds both formal and the wildflowers were beautiful. Seeing them and watching the dogs chase and walking with H really helped me.

scared, because I have to stop taking klonopin and my pdoc hasn't replaced it with anything effective, so I won't have anything helpful as far as anti anxiety meds... Also I've been feeling very stupid lately because the klonopin has been causing a lot of memory/concentration problems, my brain is foggy and not working. I started school again and I can't comprehend anything.

I am feeling pain, loss, grief and tiredness :(. I am also feeling loved by Jake and blessed to have amazing friends. I am also feeling nervous and anxious as I am having a first ever T session today...

I feel better this morning after a good nights sleep. I used some of hubby's mild sedative oil blend on both of us last night.

Got to pick myself up from the last few days.

One minute I am laughing, the next I am crying.
I feel relieved that I finally know which way to go, but feel so sad that I failed in this.
Has anyone ever had the feeling that something has a hold of your heart and just keeps on hurting it over and over?
