I feel pretty good. A bit harrassed about some work stuff for tomorrow and sad that I'll be away from home on my wife's birthday, but PTSD-wise...pretty good.

Highly agitated or irritable or anxious. Not sure what this feeling is. I do know I don't like it and wish it would go away. I feel like I need to crawl in a cave and disappear until it goes away. I feel like I need to scream until it goes away. I feel like I need to cry until it goes away. I feel very confused on how to make it go away. I hate this!!!!!
