I feel ok. I am having a little bit of anxiety today. My daughter called and had to push the time back for us to go over. She has a cold poor thing. I am glad to have some extra time to myself here. I will try to relax.

I think it is just an anxiety ridden day. I have a tiny family and I am cooking a great dinner for James and Liam, and I am trying to be relaxed and not triggered. I love that its only the 3 of us, no fuss, no hassles. I love to cook too but I am warring with my anxiety big time!

I feel I should go and eat something but my stomach is churning and all I want is H to be home and until then a large glass of white wine :eek:.

I hope you will post as soon as he does get home. Or, you know, as soon as you feel like it. Its hard to wait for someone. I would love to have wine but my meds won't allow it, lol.

Just on top of anxiety for now, so feeling kind of peaceful. Hope it lasts.

I feel so tired and hurt inside. I got triggered and just can't explain it in my trauma diary anymore. My head is so overwhelmed.

I am feeling alittle better, my stepdaughter just called and we had a very long phone call. I really love her so much. I am glad we have her in our lives. I gave her my email address so we can stay in touch. I am feeling alot better now. It is almost time for us to go to my daughters.

Thank you. He arrived home safe about an hour ago. It was wonderful to see him.

I feel so relieved he is home. Neither of us has work tomorrow, so we can have a nice 3 day weekend.
