Tension. Not one of my best days.

Today I'm feeling unbearably sad. I saw a text from my wife to her mother which said "I'm breaking his heart and it's making me feel really shitty". Her mother's reply?..............."Stay strong!".

Thanks for the advice sheila. Yes I will do that as I am getting cramps to, just thought it was the heat.

Feeling rested after a good nights sleep. The sun is shining as usual and it will be a beautiful day today.

I'm exhausted and still feel like I'm vibrating inside, but pretty okay. My mom came to check out my house before the inspector and she was proud of how neat I'd gotten it. Just a couple little things left to do for Monday morning... I'm almost there!

I cried tonight. I cried a lot. I feel distressed. I feel like I am going to blow it with everyone in my life. I feel like I am a failure. I feel like I will never heal from the PTSD or the developmental trauma.

I watched a lot of dvds today. Some of today I felt a bit frozen and numb.
