What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Feeling spit spot today!!!! Cooking a potato and spinach curry and a second go at gingerbread magic. A little light went on last night when I realized that its OK to allow myself to feel good....and I do. Went to a book shop to see if they had Stephen Josephs latest international research on PTSD recovery (PTG)...£52!!! and its not even that big :grumpy: . Still its the cost of a therapy session which I'm not attending anyway. I will get it but at the moment action not study.

My blood sugar dropped this morning, so I wasn't doing so well. Then my meter decided to not work, and by the time I could even think, it was because an alter came out and called my neighbor. (I have her on speed dial. This is the only number my little know). all she said was "help" and my neighbor came right away. Because that alter does not know how to speak human, she spoke animal speak and pointed at our glucometer and the cupboard. Our neighbor immediately went to her place and got hers. Our blood sugar was 65 which too low. Normal is between 89-120.

Right now, I'm feeling much better, and while that alter is still with me, I'm back to myself. I'm feeling grateful for my alters. I would have been on the floor and having a seizure if it hadn't been for her getting help.

(((((((safenow)))))) ((((((NewDay))))))

I am feeling well today. I have been organizing stuff all day. I am getting organized...! :)

Right now just starting to scan in photos that my ex has finally consented to give back to me (or rather lend...). He made this huge photo album including pictures from my high school and family. :cautious: And now I am scanning them so I can give them back. Memories! Also pictures of my wedding when I was 18 years old...:inpain:

@cold sores suffer's. Have you heard of lysine, which is a mineral. Over the counter product. It helps once you have sores, but also when taken regularly greatly reduces occurrence.

Consult your use with other medications and allergies. Stress depletes our systems of so many things!

I am the lucky one and never had but know a lot of people who swear by it! JMHO
