Anxiety. I don't know for sure what is causing it, but I finally had to take my anti-anxiety medicine for it and it has toned down some now. I made a resolution to brush my teeth more often today as that has been something I have been sometimes irresponsible about and other times just forgotten to do. So I made a chart to help me keep track of how many times I brush each day each day. I suppose the fact that I'm facing this (and know it may be a tough battle because I don't LIKE to brush my teeth) may be part of it!
On the other hand, I let go of the 2nd 21 day happiness challenge here today, we finished yesterday and I want to focus on my teeth brushing issue, soooo... that may be causing the anxiety too, as I really have been helped by those challenges a lot!!!!
