What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel determined to stay on track with work (job) and not get distracted; I feel determined to take breaks at my job throughout the day and not get burnt out/exhaused by the end of the day; I feel determined to finish my laundry when I get home, have a real dinner/meal at the table (not in front of the TV), take a nice bath and get to bed early ;)

I edited this six minutes later . . . I don't care about the laundry; I've got enough clean clothes. And I don't need to prep a dinner meal; I just need a health snack at the table, relaxing, maybe looking at pictures in a travel magizine :D

The person that I had called to bring me the coconut oil came by this morning. She stayed for about an hour and we talked.

I see myself after yesterday and then this morning, that I do have anxiety from this interaction with others. Even though it felt good to see these people, I'm not totally comfortable with it yet. I guess I was on overload for so long when I was working, and now I see that I do need some downtime which I will give myself!
