What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I felt lots of feelings as well as anxiety today, insecure, self-judgmental, self-condemning and ashamed.

Happy with the sleep I got last night and with some ability to think being improved this morning. Pleased that the first few hours of this day were productive with some decreased anxiety. Somewhat content with having slowed down some, accomplished some and having felt somewhat more present.

Forgetful.

Thrilled with having been calm and straight thinking enough to have gotten a morning shower.

Also, felt/feeling tense, rushed, negligible, trapped, pleased, strong earlier at the dental hygienist, scared, frustrated, scatter-brained, slow-thinking, dense.

Angry and irritable.
 
Dear senji, how are you today? Is it a bit better now? I know this fear all to well. Had three times in my life an allergic reaction with swelling of throat and tongue. So ambulance had to come for intubation...

I feel much better today, thank you SweetLullaby. I'm not afraid as I was, after learning what was the cause of it.

I hope that you won't go through this again and again thank you for asking :)
