Happy! :)Youngest son made it back last night, right on schedule (that rarely happens).
Thrilled! :D He asked what I wanted for Christmas. I can't remember the last time someone asked me what I wanted.
Bummed!! :( Annoyed :mad: Was planning on taking time off from work beginning today through Jan 2, but was told late yesterday afternoon that I will need to partially work during this period. :arghh;
:coffee:. Thankful that I'm able to do most of my work remotely from home.

Good because my husband stayed and visited with me this morning instead of going to go workout. Not looking forward to taking the dogs to the groomer so the anxiety is getting to me, but I know I will be fine. I tell myself these things in the hopes that it works.

I'm frustrated this morning. With myself and with my therapist's busy schedule. All day yesterday I thought it was Wednesday. So I just woke up and I'm thinking today is Thursday. I realized today is Friday when I looked at my iPod. I also realized my therapy session was due to start in 10 minutes. I live 20 - 25 minutes away from my therapist's office. She doesn't have anything open today. And I already knew she doesn't have anything open for 2 weeks. So right in the middle of the holiday season I have to go 3 weeks without a session now. That's fantastic :shifty:.

Do take evasive action for the blood sugar thing though?

I went to ER as my doc advised. They gave me fluids. They think its a stress response, so they are giving it a week. Its still high, but not ketoacidosis high.

So far I'm achey from the weather. I'll probably make it worse trying to get the last of my holiday shopping done. Running out of time, no more trying to save it for days I'm feeling well enough to do it.

I feel desirous of a female companion; someone to hang out and cuddle with....guess it is that time of year when everyone seems to be paired up with someone. However, I am hopeful to establish a healthy relationship in the coming year.

Besides feeling a little bit lonely, I am still feeling really happy and light-hearted, festive and grateful for all of my blessings. Depression and anxiety levels are low . Physical pain is absent and I actually feel energized and alive for a change despite the fact that it is a gloomy sort of day.

Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, anxiety, panic and more burning in the back of my head. Tried to stay as present as I could through it all. Had a friend over she didn't seem to notice. We had a nice chat.
