What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I'm feeling so very tired. I didn't sleep last night. I didn't go to aqua fit as I didn't feel confident about driving whilst so tired. I managed 2 hours sleep once Hubby had gone to work.

Now I'm sat here wondering where my get up and go has got up and gone to. If anyone sees it, please return it as soon as possible as it it much needed.
 
@KP the nut - Did you look in the refrigerator? Between the sheets? Or under the couch? Those are places my get up and go often gets stuck :clown:

My stomach is still a bit queasy, but overall I'm feeling more settled once again. Glad I got decent sleep last night. I've got enough going on without cupid's chaos in my life. I'm letting go. The ball is in the guy's court, and when/if it comes back my way I don't know what position I'll be in so it's simply futile to spend anymore energy now. :whistling:
 
I am feeling better today, I got some restful sleep and my stomach has settled. I am in a good mood. I feel light-hearted and happy. The sun is shining, the snow has melted, and I think it is going to be a good day.

I am studying the D.B.T. self-help site and brushing up on my emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills. I'm looking forward to spring. I'm not ready to tackle spring cleaning just yet, but soon I think.
 
I am a little tense and hyper. I started in on a project right away after waking up and can feel my breathing is shallow and quick and my stomach muscles tense. Going to work out and then meditate.

I am feeling happy but it's undermined by hyper intense focus on a project that would work better with a relaxed but alert focus.
