I feel insanely triggered and mad right now.

I read an article by a mother saying how she decided to read her daughters diary one day (her daughter is aged 6) and it infuriated me. She was saying how it has "improved their relationship" and she feels like she can communicate better with her now. People were going on in the comment section about how "sweet" it was of her to do that, and one mother even came on saying that she does it all the time, as her daughter lies so much...and that it's bullshit that a child has a right to privacy...which almost caused my head to explode!

Feeling lazy and unproductive. Too comfortable and like I need to exercise. I've wasted the day...not a good feeling. Like there is energy I need to expend.

Sweet Lulaby I feel for you. It is scary to think about your own death. I have lost so many of my family to death that I have become more comfortable about it. I am writing journals to my daughter and to each of my two granddaughters to be given them when I die. I already arranged my funeral arrangements and I got a life insurance policy for my daughter to make things easier for her.

I try not to focus on death and my heart goes out to you. It is a part of life and as we grow, we come to final acceptance of death.
I hope you can distract yourself from thinking of it and fearing it. I try to take it one day at a time and it sounds like you are having a bad day and are overwhelmed.
