What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

And feeling more balanced, after a 2 hr nap, this afternoon. The dentist was impressed with the positive poem, which I wrote and shared with her, about my feelings towards her, as a dentist.

I am feeling joyful today. I love the days that I feel so good.If I was a horse I would roll over in the dust and whiny and kick and run and buck.

Wondering where this totally fearful, cowering in the face of life, hopeless, disappointed, defeated person who just wants to run away came from. Need to do a mental exorcism and get rid of this alien and the negative thoughts. How does a person lose their way some utterly and completely and so quickly? I am disgusted with myself.

Decided this was a sleep day before I ever got up. Didn't take my meds that keep me up. It's just going to be one of those days. Anxiety is filling me up in regards to celebrating my Christmas with my family on Sunday. I wish it wouldn't.

@Britt.f7 , I understand, as I have said, "thanks, but no thanks," to all invitations for Christmas dinners, so far. Right now, feel sort of burnt out, after yesterday. Just want to go back to bed, and sleep the next week, away.

I feel impatient.
I am trying to learn some new self-regulation techniques and I am getting in my own way of progress with my attitude of "want it done right now". ;)

Tired, but also proud....got a lot of stuff done during this day. I even started to tidy up my office...which was a rather bad idea in some corners.

I am in so much pain. It is in my neck, shoulders, arms and lower back and I've got Restless Leg Syndrome. I took painkillers before bed last night (still sleeping on the sofa), I still had to get up in the early hours and take some co-codamol (paracetamol and codeine). I am not very good with this drug but the pain was so bad I just had to take them. I drove my eldest son to work and went shopping, my youngest son helped me with that. It hurts even to lift something. I don't know what to do.

I feel/felt today: Pained, nervous. Plain exhausted. Queasy, uncomfortable, disappointed, brave, helpful, sad, lonely, wishful, courageous.

I am feeling so good. We finally decorated our tree tonight so it is all finished now.
