Feeling sad today as there has been a lot of loss in the past few weeks. Feeling irritated at people who waste my time or take life for granted, but I need to let that go as they just don't get it.

Tired, but proud...drove all the way to my parents in about 3 hours! TADA!!!! Will enjoy a great cup of cappuccino now. :p

I think it's angry-sad-resentful-rage-depression. It's pretty far below the surface so it doesn't show on my face. I don't understand why that part seems important.

Tired, ouchy but...satisfied!!! I did something crazy and succeeded!!!! :D ...and I have to correct the distance to my parents' place: it's about 60 km one way...and I feel refreshed, just took a long, hot bath. :happy:

I'm feeling good. Not sure if I am up for anything though. Just bought some Lancome as they are having a 20% off sale. They rarely ever have sales. Thank goodness the stuff lasts, it sure is expensive. But I'm worth it, right?!

I'm in excruciating pain. I have chronic pain from injuries from a car accident years ago. Yesterday I woke up and my normal pain was excruciating pain. I've tried everything and I can't get much relief. A lot of it is nerve pain. It hurts so much. On the other hand it's turning out to be a pretty good distraction from distorted thinking. I can't focus on much for too long right now.

I'm numb and distanced enough to smirk to myself about it. Oh well. Maybe I'll do better at staying present tomorrow.
