Feeling a bit better today. Had some good news the other day which has forced me into action.

Spending tomorrow racing around all over the place - will be the first time I've been further than the local supermarket for over a week!

I binge ate yesterday so I feel full and not so pleased with myself.

I am happy with my gradual, but steady progress today. I feel elated, empowered, determined, strong, and satisfied.

My granddaughters get to stay with me for another whole week I am feeling pretty damn good right now. The girls are really happy as well.

Today I am feeling overwhelmed but determined with school. Concerned about symptoms. Anxious/panicky about future. Thankful for the forum, the blessings. Frustrated with outcomes despite effort.

This morning I got the older girl in the hospital and they recasted her arm. I feel a sense of relief and a great accomplishment.Two years ago, I could not have done that so I am feeling pretty great about my growth and in getting things done again. And I am feeling very positive and content.

I'm feeling more depressed than I've ever felt before. I also feel frustrated because I'm depressed.

Spill of everything to everything else. Tired of recognizing links between things, where I just hoped they never existed, because I didn't remember them & pursue connections.

I'm worn out, lots of things going on and very little for me to do about any of it. Very ready for some of that self-care stuff too, think I'll start with carryout for dinner.

Tired. Was out of the house for almost 10 hours today, but got loads done.

Hot bath and bed I think. Tomorrows another day.

I am feeling feelings. I don't really know what they are as I keep eating my way through the day like a hungry, hungry catepillar!
