What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Thank you so much Spideralis for your kindness to me today and I really appreciate the validation and encouragement. I have to quit expecting so much out of myself. I am feeling better and am being gentle with me now, kind of like emergency first aide.
 
On a scale of 1-10, I am "feeling" a three (wimpy and trepidation) ... sitting here trying to bump myself up to a 5 (neutral) and hoping that as the day rolls out I can manage whatever comes my way be it good or bad. (good would be great though) A friend discussed with me yesterday about how we continually assess and decide how to perceive things... everything and "assign" how we feel about it. It was a lot to think about but I would do well to pause to consider more what feelings I assign to things/situations/people/places.
