Vulnerable, sad, fearful, painful, and exhausted. Got to quit waiting for the phone call to say my sister has passed. Got to quit beating myself up for not being there. I'm all tied up in knots!

@Pottershand I am so sorry that you are going through this mourning season in your life. Even though you see the end coming it will probably put you into shock about your sisters passing. I reallly am praying for you to have some inner peace throughout this season. Hugs and prayers for all of you.

Depressed. Tomorrow is my birthday - which I hate - and it's the first time my husband won't be with me (he passed away 7 months ago).

Im tired, I think I have overdone things today and now I'm paying the price because I ache everywhere - even placed I'd forgotten I've got problems with. I'm also sneezing but I think that's from the dust I've stirred up.

Going to have an early night with the pile of books I have on the bedside table.

I am feeling a lot better than I did yesterday so taking time off is not a bad thing. I feel sad because I have a poor attitude towards myself right now. I feel very sad missing my husband so much.

I've had one of them "Yuk" days, where you never actually achieve anything, I start to do things, but never finish them, I will be glad when it's bed time?

I am feeling pretty good today all things considering. I am feeling a little sad and lonely that I do not get to buy my daughter a birthday cake and flowers like I have been doing.

I am going to be busy today and I am feeling confident about what I have and need to do.
