I was in a crowded store today, yet I've never felt so lonely in my life?

Watching couples, and families going about their business of shopping, I just stood still in one if the isles, and let the crowds go by, just a large stone in a river, with the water flowing around it.

Numb. I've been on a game binge again. No clue what hurts or if I'm angry or what could've bothered me. Eh, could've went for liquor or drugs, I think I'm okay with letting the addictive stuff come out as video games.

I feel tired from mentally processing but delighted from taking time to buy a little lovely goat cheese, cinnamon raisin English Muffins and some fresh fruit. I feel grateful to just be alive in this moment among my board friends and in a warmer climate.

I got a gentle reminder tonight that validated who I really am as a person. I was able to separate myself from self-abusive tendencies.

It helps a lot because I have been ill and illness brings out the worst of my PTSD, Depression, as well as CFS and FM.

I feel lovable and free, although I am still ill.

It is a beautiful sunshiny day and warmer with no chill in the air and I have both doors open getting some fresh air. I feel so good today. I woke up with positive thoughts and feel so awesome inside. I wish I could do this everyday. But I will enjoy it while it while it lasts.
