What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I hope I can describe what I am feeling accurately....

I feel self-loving, protective of self, but not defensive.

I'm enjoying learning self-compassion and I have always liked meditating. It gives me some healthy head space and heart space to operate from, which seemed inaccessible to me previously.

I feel strong, not totally fearless, but not very fearful either, if that makes any sense. I feel grounded and centered in my heart space.
 
There's tidal waves of emotions flowing that I've got very little experience at handling or even feeling, usually they get repressed before reaching the surface. I'm not even sure what it is. Until I figure out what this is or how to express it I'll settle for keeping myself balanced, centered and firmly grounded in the present reality.
