What Are You Thinking?

I am thinking that about 80% of my actual thinking is pretty shitful really. My thinking is so distorted. But hey right now I am being accurate about my thinking, so that is a big improvement for me.

I am thinking that I am so lucky to be done from a SUDS level of 9 or 10 to much, much lower.

I am thinking it is good that the abusive guy has moved out of B's place.

I think the ethics of containing oneself and not offering support when you have nothing much to give, because you are over taxed, is something to keep in mind.

I am actually thinking, which is pretty good for me.

I love to learn and there are some things I have become passionate about as my own life has changed. Maybe its not to late to explore finishing my Masters.
