I am thinking that my thinking if you never do anything, then you can never make a mistake, so doing nothing makes you safe is the basis of my stuckness.

I think I really need to finish reading "Feeling Good" by David Burns and to start refuting my thoughts.

Just found out my grandpa, who was my rock growing up, had an affair that produced a son. My grandma wouldn't let him have anything to do with him. Don't know how to feel about all this. I guess my grandpa was human afterall.

I am thinking about some forum members. I am lucky to be able to talk with them. I will never forget them. I will never forget the kindness, warmth they give me through virtual hugs. So friendly.
