I drove an hour each way to pick up my daughters IV bags of antibiotics. I have to do this three times a week and the drive is enjoyable.

Gave him some money for lunch, and organised him for an outing with today's carer.

I helped a new colleague to move in his office and shape everything in a nice way.

I gave advice to a friend of my neighbour who is threatened by her former boyfriend. She's totally in shock.

When the people who had come to sit next to me on the train were so loud that I was going nuts I smiled at them and walked off slowly instead of storming off as I usually do. I know my tolerance is zero.

I took my family out to breakfast, including my husband's father. It was my husband's birthday as well as Valentine's day. I then had every one back at home for some cake and presents. I gave my husband and kids their Valentine's gifts before we went out.
