I gave the boy who offered to cut my lawn for $10, $20, because that was what it was worth. He was about 12, trying to earn money. I asked him why he only asked for $10, and he said most people would say no if he asked for $15. I gave him a lot of encouragement, saying I respected him for going out and looking for work.

A work acquaintance was looking for a name based on a particular fantasy creature for her new kitten. She knew I read a lot and asked me for suggestions, so this evening I’ve gone through my books and made up a list for her. It looks like she’s chosen one of the names I found.

I called my sister. I had just given up on her and rightly so but, she's older and unwell and can't really do me any significant damage now. At least I hope not, if I don't let her.

I was going to ignore her and I will probably. But I'm having health issues as well and it's not going to go on forever so. She can call me if she wants. I just let her know the door was open (again) lol.

I made an educational bundle to sell - I'm teaching a friend who also has her share of MH issues, how to create a successful home business, so she can feel better and still have some income. It takes lots of time, and is distracting for me...a good thing right now.
