What Do You Do While Waiting For People?

When I am waiting for a person to pick me up, I have a hard time waiting. I sit and watch tv or play on my games.

I tend to distract myself with mad spurts of housework. Or sometimes I read.

I pace and jiffle ..... text or phone the person waiting for...... play on games...... pretend looking at things..... my anxiety levels rise.... start breathing...
I hate being early because of the above.... so... unfortunately I am usually the one who is late!!!!!
No lack of respect to the other person on my behalf. If I am going to be really late will phone the person I am meeting.
