What Made You Angry Today?

Feeling discouraged by my diet. Thinking that I can't do it and other negative thoughts that have no place in my head.

To face people who has one track mind. So irritating when they accuse me of not trying to talk with them. I try every possibility to explain things to them, when they don't understand they let out their anger on me.

Something annoys me little now. How some people treat others like restaurant. They come whenever they wish, then go whenever they wish. Come and go kind of people? Not even leave a note about it. Goes to show how much they care. No wonder why I feel no interest to contact back them. I am not investing my time with them.

It seems that the neighbor's daughter who still lives here, put a can of black paint by the trash container. The trash guys last week didn't take the paint and it has been sitting there until someone decided to open it and dump it on the sidewalk. Big mess. Someone has come along on their bike and I now have these black paint marks all down my sidewalk and even on my driveway.

I saw the mess and tried to clean it up with newspapers, didn't help. I went to see the neighbor across the street, and she called the police for me. He came but really couldn't help. Since my neighbor doesn't live next door to me any more, she called the daughter to tell her about the situation. I am pissed as all of this could have been prevented if she had put the paint can in a trash bag which I ended up doing.

So who knows what the daughter will do, the trash can is covered with black paint too, but my neighbor realizes that I really don't want to have any dealings with this neighbor's daughter either. So tomorrow I will see if I can remove black paint off my sidewalk. I still have have so much anger and this didn't help.

Now I am not angry as I have done revision of what is my strength. Before couple of moments, I was angry. Studying new things made me angry because I remembered some bad memories. I am dealing with it.

@Let It Be Is your neighbor's daughter very lazy or something else? That's what it seems by reading what you are seeing here. Some people are completely bad. Um don't know what to say about them lol. They at least should try to take care of their own things properly. Not like this which becomes annoyance & more to add mess for others.

I know how you feel. I have been very angry, too when I experienced such incidents.

@Tanishq - Thank you, and yes, the daughter is something else. The daughter hasn't showed up yet, so still looking at a big puddle of black paint that she needs to take care of. I don't want to deal with my sidewalk mess until she does her thing whenever that will be.

Still can't believe how upset I am over this, but it could have been avoided so will see what happens when the daughter finally appears on the scene.

Have learned a lot about my anger through this experience unfortunately. Hope you have a day that runs smoothly and gives you peace.

@Let It Be WOW, I can't believe people can be careless to this extent. :wideeyed:

If something is dirty in my room, I also can't stand it. I am understanding your reason for getting upset with this all. Um, hope you don't mind me asking one question. Is there any way that you can talk "That daughter's" friends, family members? At least that will let her know that she created a mess and now she needs to clean it up. Sort of reminder for her as it is getting unpleasant and ugly in look.

Yes, my days have been good so far. Though I did get some mild anger attacks related studying and professional career. Manageable! Thank you.

@Tanishq - I'm slowly calming down as the daughter finally showed up yesterday to begin to deal with this situation. The neighbor who lives across the street talked with her about the mess. I realize that it is in my best interest to leave the daughter alone. So, she needs to clean up her mess and I need to deal with the mess it left on my sidewalk.

I am glad that my anger is becoming more manageable too as the days go by!

What made me angry today? I had to wake up and get out of bed. :arghh;

My neighbor's dogs broke through the fence and were in my back yard. Two pit bulls. One was a very husky male, one was a young female. I had to go out and get them back into their yard. I didn't know the dog's temperaments. It would have been a rough fight if they were fighters. May sound strange, but I know how to fight dogs because I've had to before. I'm weird like that.

Tried to get the neighbor to answer the door, nothing. Called Animal Control, they came out within 30 min. One of the adult kids had just gotten home. He was cited for both dogs not being registered. Not sure of any other charges.

These are the same people who's dog killed my service dog in training a year or two ago. Same scenario. Different pit bull broke through fence and used my dog as a chew toy. That pit bull was put down by the city. My wife is still terrified of the back yard and won't go in the back yard without me.

Now I'm mad as hell, will be for rest of day probably and longer. Have to "play nice" because probably going out for birthday party for granddaughter later today. Will have to play nice with neighbors when they fix the fence whenever that is. Will probably have to let them on my property to fix it, and won't let them set foot behind any fenced area unless I'm there.

I posted pictures of the sunset last night on facebook. And one of my mom's friends commented and talked about how talented my mom is and she could paint all of my pictures. It's true my mom is talented in painting but what made me angry was I took the picture and the compliment was how talented my mom is? I took the picture. I'm not conceited. I do think I earned the compliment though. My pictures had nothing to do with my mom or her painting. And it all ended up being just one more thing that became about my mom. And that makes me angry.
