I got frustrated with my phone today, as since I've upgraded the IOS on it, it's become more complicated to operate?

I can't get it to play my music without it stopping after every every song? I can't even get the My Music play list to display the same way it used to either?

It's the same with my I/Pad, it has gone through a lot of niggling changes that makes it more complex to use as well? I can't close one page now, without having to open a new page first, then close the other one?

Why can't they just leave things alone, instead of "tweaking" things all the time!!!!

When I told someone about triggers how they work how they're not logical and how I can't control what a trigger is. And as we discussed a trigger of mine they then say that I "overreact to that and that's your thing". Did I not just f*cking say that? Do you really not realize you're BLAMING ME for a trigger and it's reaction?

When still in this discussion the person makes their eyes wide smiles laughs and says "ok" like I'm what kidding? Like I'm making it up? Why can't people realize EXACTLY what they're saying and how much they're minimizing trivializing and invalidating?

And it makes me angry that I feel guilty for pointing this out.
