That my feet seem to be cemented to the floor. I am make no progress and I am aggravated at myself.

Realization doesn't initiate a change in behavior, actions do.

This has had a big impact on me. I have been trying to work it out so I get better - not doing enough actions some days.

I am angry that I didn't get it together earlier. I am angry at the bum steers that I have got in my life. I am angry at how much I have to do.

Between 3 and 6 am - still unable to sleep - just about everything that came to mind made me angry. After a little blessed sleep finally and an hour and a half walk, no anger. Sigh. Hyper vigilance is a sincere drag.

I'm angry about family members putting their wants above my needs (again) involving holiday plans. I'm angry about being offered "crumbs"

Being clueless as to what triggered my all day panic attack yesterday. :mad:

Being up with anxiety all last night.

That my left ear is starting to hurt, especially when I swallow. My doc is gone for the week. Hopefully it will heal quickly.

My husband making passive aggressive comments instead of just coming out with how he feels about something.

Getting a letter from my insurance carrier letting me know that my Abilify prescription is going from $95 to 33% copay for me come January. Considering there is not a generic out there in the US I'm screwed. It gave a list of alternatives, but I've tried them all and they don't work or have awful side effects!

Since that one has been working it should be interesting to see how I do off it!
