What Made You Angry Today?

Angry at the weather today. Of course, as soon as I get on my bike to cycle home, it starts snowing heavily. I was being so careful on turns and in the wind so I wouldn't fall. Despite that, there was a road with a lot of black ice and my bicycle slipped out. I have special pedals/shoes that clip together, so I hit my head pretty hard when I slipped. I was wearing a helmet -- the worst of it was just a headache.
I'm done with all this snow!!!!! :mad:

My anxiety when it skyrockets, as it did today, makes me angry because it then too often threatens to end up overruling personal needs, family needs and my decisions.

It made me angry when I saw some people laughing at me and laughing at I am traumatized. I controlled myself somehow and didn't bother to respond them. I let them go.

That I did not go out for the planned meal tonight for my birthday, because hubby's head was not in the right place.

It's always the same when it's something to do with me.

My fu**ing, chronic suppurative sinusitis! This nasty illness outplays once more my (double-dosed Augmentin treatment. So we had to change antibiotics again and double dosed them as well. And the severe pain this illness comes with, whilst on acute state, makes me very, very angry. It's almost unbearable, even with painkillers. Da**it!

He did not deserve that, but he was going on and on about something he really should have let go.
