A colleague who shared some donuts wiht me. :hungry::happy: We sat in my office, eating the donuts and just had a nice conversation. :)

The sight of squirrels scampering to increase their winter rations, the beautiful song of a cardinal above, crisp and colorful leaves dancing in the wind, the evening's warming sunrays, grazing deer.

Getting to see a pygmy falcon up close ( I work at the zoo) , pet a spur thigh tortoise, then a possum all within a half hour.

At the end of the day rescuing a box turtle.

Awesome.

I saw a wedding video, where the bride and her father rocked the father/daughter dance

A dear friend of mine wrote with profound illustrative and narrative mastery about his first panic attack and continuing struggle with panic attacks.. was so beautifully written with such raw honesty and emotion and yet remained focused on the journey with such lyrically empathetic structure that it brought bright tears to my eyes.
