When we did the happiness advantage challenge, I think it went round three times and the percentage of completion was about 85-90%. I see this as potentially uncomfortable but equally as complete-able.
P.S. I don't think we have enough group challenges around here anyways.
And that Shawn Archer Challenge was Fantastic! We had so many people who really worked hard at it and the changes in people were pretty cool. It was impressive.
So put the thread out for peeps who follow you. Good bad or neutral... it's a good exercise... I think it's really advantageous as a self check to see where you're at/what you scan for.
