What Self Care Do You Do To Combat Stress Ageing?

I have been drinking a lot of water for years and always have to have a glass of ice water next to me even when I drive. Lately I have been drinking a ton of apple juice and my hands look so much better. I take a regimen of vitamins and I get as much exercise as I am able. I loved everyones suggestions food for thought.

I am now highly allergic to hair dye so I have blonde and silver hair from stress over the years but I am letting it grow into its natural color and I am growing it very long.
 
've started cutting out meats, too. Have been doing it slowly. Starting with "weekday vegetarianism."
Yes, me too. I don't feel crash hot after eating meat, and since I've cut it down, we've been able to isolate the fact that meat actually causes intestinal upset and wind in my OH.....fits in with research that the body views and treats red meat as a foreign invader!

He gets it worst after eating non kosher foods too.
 
I listen to music.

I take my time to cook in the evening - something light with lots of vegetables.

I write whatever is on my mind.

I sing out loud while I listen to my music.
