What Was Your Nightmare

I suffer from nightmares and night terrors, have since childhood. Mine are often about fire. Searing heat, nuclear, things burning up and such. Kind of like that nuclear bomb scene in the movie Terminator 2, where the people in the park are incinerated and vaporized. Sometimes, I dream about my late father's personal demons, such as his alcoholism.

I'm in a fire fight and I can't get my weapon to work.... Either can't work it or can't get the bullets loaded right. Then everyone around me is slaughtered. And I'm so f*cked up I can't move. Just a helpless ball of bloody guts.....
