Where Did My Friends Go?

Its so hard to trust people after you've lived thru trauma. I struggle with this as much as any of my symptoms.

I've always had difficulty in that area. Trust is a brittle bridge and I'm a little too willing to take a sledge hammer to it. And I'm always with the inner dialogue that analyzes what to say, how to say it - and wow - just don't be like me! :)
