Why Is It Always Blamed On The PTSD?

It seems many of the SO here take all the blame. I'm aware that may be one of the symptoms but when I think of myself in my relationship. I was not, am not now and never will I be an angel. I have done things and said things to my wife in all our years that I wish I could take back. Yes the PTSD strains relationships but please try to remember we are all human with faults. The blame game can be played by both but so can the forgiveness.

Yep here's my two cents. Unhealthy people gravitate and are attracted to unhealthy people. So those caregivers are as unhealthy as the PTSD sufferer themselves and can not let go. As a PTSD sufferer begins to work on themselves and get healthier they will not attract as many unhealthy people as before. (there are of course exceptions to all things and this does not describe most I know.)
