New Here
Hello all,
As the title states, I'm here to be able support and help my wife through her trauma therapy. She was exposed to multiple traumas growing up and in a some very abusive relationships (mental and physical). She has reached the explosion point and finally has been getting the help she needs (weekly therapy, meds, a really good primary care doctor, massage therapist, etc). It's slow going and she feels like there isn't any hope for the future.
I'd need to learn more about how I can best support, help and encourage her through this.
