Yes @Gadgie I am also finding it hard to regulate all sorts of emotions which seem to creep up on me when least expecting it

Control them? I have enough problems identifing them. I know depression and anger and that's about all.:mad:

No I don't consider way ahead in anything, but you are right about the roller coaster ride, I feel like I've been on it for years, the only thing is, I can't find a way of stopping it to get off?

It's actually a good way of describing it, as once you are on a roller coaster, you have no control of where it goes,....all you can do is hang on and hope for the best?

I'm under-dressed. I normally only sleep in my jeans (throwing caution to the wind :p. The night I sleep naked I'll be either dead or cured. Or WHOLLY out of clothes. :roflmao: ).
