When you need a reminder suicidality over paperwork is bullshit and you should set it on fire & grab freedom, rather.

Then you also remember you're done with fire = freedom association for many reasons, and as usual the worse memories cheer you up. Lookit amigos, I got better. :D :banghead:

Regroup doesn't even enter the question.
You don't have the bloody energy to regroup and are too tired to organize regrouping.

Even though when you're doing any semi-well, regrouping about both self & others is twenty tracks of thought covered by training & not having to think of it & just doing it.

@Cashew Unfortunately I can relate to the flat feeling after traumas. I think that is part of the reason that I had to fight so many addictions along my life as my brain craved that adrenaline high.

You know you have PTSD when 'normal' just feels wrong...
