For me it's more like 'How to leave the scissors behind, for even a second. No scissors needed.'
Then well, that's why I'm still in support network, clearly didn't learn that one yet.

And that you've lived too many lives, and trauma was still one true reliable companion.

When you really need to make plans how to get in contact with people - and are shocked and in panic when others really wanna support you.

You bail on any type of Dr. appointment simply because the path there outweighs the potential benefit of actually arriving.
Ffs, I feel idiotic tonight.

Honestly, it used to be this way with my moms...ugh..seriously painful.
Then my moms got ill and well...all that stuff faded back...dementia has a way of clearing the slate unlike any other thing..
