Not just words; artwork doesn't work, movement doesn't work, redirecting body sensations doesn't work.
& When you go on denial like magic lines. I said it durn matter. About time it stopped, then.

When your 'slightly processing & feeling better' mode makes bystanders & claiming hood people back off and ask what they can do for you.

And that's why you don't have proper therapy. Either you're over helpless, or you're you. (Where all you courageous therapists at?)

Had I not completely trusted him, I would have. But, I did trust him and trusted that he was trying to look after my best interests. But, it really sucks when people do so much damage and leave you so broken that it takes years and years to somewhat get back to normal. By then you have zero legal rights. I would only go through trial with an attorney that I completely trust. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a choice and the time and was not in a frame of mind to make the decisions that I was forced to make with my first attorney who was emotionally abusive.

When a man offers u a seat on the tube. & u then spend the next half hour journey planning escape tactics cos in ur mind he obv planned to give u the seat to trap u into owing him ur life whilst also ruminating on how he will soon realise that giving u the seat was the worst idea he ever had cos u r an awful disgusting person & that u r not worthy of this seat
