*the sound of your wife snoring very loudly is actually comforting because it means she's actually asleep.
*you want to send the bomb squad into the house to deal with your wife first... just in case she's having an off day.
*you wear a cup everywhere you go and don't play sports.
*you wish there were a diagnosis for PTSDSD... Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Stress Disorder - a stress disorder caused by dealing with the symptoms of PTSD.

When you have pages on all the the social networking sites, Facebook, Twitter. But you have your privacy setting adjusted so only YOU can view the page. And you create another account so you can invite the only "friend" you trust.....YOU.

When you are out running errands, and remember you need to buy peanut butter...so you go to the store and get a jar. As you're driving home, you're so proud of yourself for remembering you needed peanut butter without writing it down on a list! :)

Then you get home, open the pantry door, and see the jar of peanut butter you already bought. Last week. When it was on your written shopping list.

Ok, I feel a little better now. I'm not crazy (I think).

Hmm, there's one:

You think that you are insane- often (maybe it's the denial/brainwashing about the true crazy people/abusers).

You have multiple conversations in your head- sometimes they develop heated arguments.
You fantasize about talking with people to 'get it right' before you actually talk with them.
You have a plan B, C, D, ..., ZZ for self-defense in case an army of people comes screaming over the hill with weaponry.
