You know you have PTSD when:
1. You can't sleep unless lights are on, wardrobe is open and you are sure there are no monsters around you.
2. You count 4-5 hours as an amazing amount of sleep.
3. A 5 year old calling you an idiot hurts you badly and makes you feel really bad, same goes for someone jokingly offending you.
4. Your daily goal is minimal human contact.
5. You spend more time a day dealing with IBS than talking to people.
6. You get anxious if someone falls asleep while chatting with you, and are extremely worried about them and don't know whats going on.
7. You can't differ reality from dream when waking up, and it takes you up to 2 hours to calm down from the panic.
8. You kinda remember some things, but have no idea what happened first.
9. Working on regaining memory and remembering stuff gives you a strong headache.
10. If someone knows you on the street, there is a high chance you will run away.
