I know several people have mentioned their T's recommended seeing the movie (I think I remembered your T specifically recommended it @scout86 ), so I watched it.
Found it tremendous, though also made me cry (I should say that's a good thing..?) Very different than I expected. And in some ways felt horrific (but at least from the movie I know why). But certainly helped me to 'feel' that all emotions are on my side, & even explained (figuratively) numbness & the 'loss' of emotions, the process (I'm not speaking litearlly of course, but how one emotion can get blocked in lieu of others, focus, etc. Interplay of each.)
What do you think? What did you feel if you watched it?
And do 'core memories' really exist? :confused:
