I've definitely gotten better but I have a lot of more work to do to decrease my anxiety, depression, and OCD.

Please explain your answer too.
 
Most certianly better...and way better with this site's support. Much more raw, feels like ive turned insane but thats my "junk" being worked out. Without therapy when i got it, it would had killed me and my therqpist agrees. It would have purged and i wouldnt of been able to handle it and one of my suicide attempts would had been successful.
 
I am slowly getting better.
I have a hard time seeing it sometimes but I know I am letting my big, gentle heart take in more of the world vs keeping it in a metal cage.
I have a lot of repressed abuse that is seeping out so in some regards it may seem worse, but I understand that this is a big step forward. Part of me wishes it would never have emerged, but it needs to go somewhere other than inward.

I am glad to see the results are overwhelmingly positive.
 
Much much better.

I initially sound out a therapist because my trauma was turning me into a person I really didn't like. So much anger, depression etc... PTSD hadn't even kicked in yet. Once it did, my therapist proved his worth in gold and has stood by me. Sometimes getting really angry on my behalf, or a gentle listening ear. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the work I've done with a champion pushing me on ...even if it's hard and painful.
 
I have improved a lot with a therapist. Having an impartial person with only my health as the focus has allowed me to open up and start to trust a little more. The therapist has also taught me many skills to handle ptsd.
