That is so funny. I used to work for a cable company. Now, CS at a hospital. I get blamed for co paments, deductibles & OOP balances. I always advise them to call their insurance. They tell me to call Obama. I just laugh so hard. Completely understand.

I get a lot of "I want your CEO right now". Pleeeeze, like Id have his number.

I get a lot of "when trump becomes president you wont be able to outsource". My dad says the same thing but i hear a lot of complaints about getting someone outside of the US.

People love to yell at you for what is not under your control and is WAY above your pay grade.

People just want to blame and yell at someone.

LOL! I've never heard that one before! Back when I was working in customer service a guy who was not entirely sober accused us of helping the FBI spy on him. Whaaat???????
Strangely enough even after that he stayed a repeat customer.
