What are you procrastinating about or avoiding and set your goal here

Great thread, how did I miss this? I am having a pajama day and struggling to just let go and try to relax. My goal is to do my laundry tomorrow in the morning, get to bed early so I can wake up early tomorrow and to pull the few grasses tomorrow in the back planter for starters.

My goal today is to let go and relax and do self care. Going to have cup of noodles tonight.
 
Next thing I've been procrastinating about is grocery shopping (stressful cuz of $$$ for property taxes, so I'll have to really pinch/be contentious and thrifty... that has to be today by this evening.

Other thing is stretching exercises - need to be doing those. Goal is to be determined.
 
My ongoing goal is to get out of the house every day. It doesn't matter where I go, I have to get out.
Today I will finish my tax goal of getting the paperwork notarized and mailed.

Kudos for saying no Alby, you don't need any extra stress with your new job. I'm so excited for you!
 
I have two things that I have been procrastinating on.

1. Practice my knife cuts more for work. Going to buy my very first chef's knife today. :D
My goal is to chop the rest of the bunches of celery into angled cuts, and buy some basil to practice as well.

2. Go into the boxing establishment near me and ask how much boxing lessons are.
 
Grocery shopping done... 3 stores and a whole lot of produce cuz I plan on eating a lot of salads for lunch starting tomorrow with maybe a small cup of soup or a half a sandwich.

SOOOOoooo stretching in the evenings before bed and in the morning before work starting tonight... (I've got motivation cuz if I don't I will be curled up in to a great big knot due to the 8-8 1/2 hour straight shift thing)... let's try 3 days just for starters, til I do it reliably then I'll boot it up to 6 days a week.
 
Good idea Alby on the stretching, I have started those too. Good luck tomorrow, you will do great.

I did not pull out the art supplies, I am procrastinating. I think I am scared of them because it means that I will have to be creative and I have not scheduled enough fun in my life. Not tomorrow but hoping the next day I will try once again.
 
The real question for me is what am I NOT procrastinating about? I think I am the Queen of Procrastination. But probably the biggest thing for me would be any of my current writing projects. I think if I would pick one and seriously begin work on it again, I'd feel better.
 
@whiteraven - pick one, keep it short & simple for starters and set your goal... ;)

Well the evening snafooed some so by the time calls were had and the kitchen was cleaned (mister is still butchering his venison) I crashed and was asleep in two minutes flat. Afterwards it was a no go. So, stretching is the thing this morning and after work cuz if I drove home, I would be cramped up and tight on the drive home if it was over like 5-10 minutes.
 
Don't know what time it is near you but guessing you might start soon, hope your first day goes well @The Albatross

I just had my first driving lesson eek! :woot::joyful::D
Was nervous but the instructor was lovely and calm and my driving improved greatly in the space of an hour. Very pleased :)
