Bad day

I am having such a bad day. I have no one to talk to and my anxiety is getting the best of my morning. I have been journaling and coloring for the past hour and I still feel like a complete piece of crap! This all came out of nowhere. I woke up and my brain said “nope. Shit day for you!”
Please help distract me!
 
What usually helps distract you? Is there anyone around you could meet up with for a bit? I have a couple of friends I play shit like 20 questions with for distraction so even just online it's like interaction without needing to meaningfully interact heh.

This is exactly how I've been feeling for awhile now. No distraction seems enough. I downloaded the woebot app yesterday- found that to be a decent distraction and almost feel like I have someone to talk to.
Also been listening to music, loud, worked for me to get through the hardest part of my week so far.
There's a bunch of meditations on youtube you could look up. Or just look up funny videos on youtube in general?
Just keep trying all the different, safe distractions that you can think of.
 
Anything that involves movement and outside should help. Those are the things that I force myself to do on a bad day. My T suggested if I stay inside to do exercise in short high intensity bursts. Like pushups or jump up and down, I personally go up and down on one stair a bunch of times.
