Have been doing cross stitch, my first time trying it out and I really like it. Progress so far, just gotta do the lower border then I'll get it framed and hang it up.

Just got home after giving my presentation and then sitting through the rest of that class which ended up taking 2.5 hours.

Can I just say that I am so proud of myself.
Didn't get to sleep till after 2am.
Nightmares.
Slept through multiple alarms.
Finally woke up at 8:45am (class started at 9am) feeling quite awful.
Thoroughly considered taking more sleep meds and PRN to put me back to sleep asap.
Didn't.
Got up. Brushed teeth. Ate a banana. Called a taxi (had missed my bus by about 30 min).
Got to uni, albeit 10 min late.
Gave presentation.


Just boiled the jug for some tea. Warming up some food.
Gonna chill for a few hours and then go for a swim.

Listening to my wife read the toddler a book at bedtime, watching an old M*A*S*H rerun, petting my cat, and playing on my phone. Multi-tasking.

I was laying on couch, waiting for the cat Dr. to call me. My cat has severe pancreatitis. Doctor said the color of her skin was yellow when I brought her in.. So the liver is affected.
So... Don't know what to do. I guess.. Take my PTSD self and watch some TV. ( unexciting evening)

Doctor said it was nothing that was done to her. Cats and dogs can get pancreatitis.. Just like humans can. Crazy! One minute she's fine, the next, she is throwing up and near death. I've grieved tonight. Its been a hard night. That's what I'm doooooooin' anyway.

I hope everyone else's ? is going great!

I'm at work at the zoo..it's 11:35 am and it's already 88 degrees.

At the zoo......oh, I love the zoo.....oh, yeah....I was a school teacher.....felt some days like I worked in one too! ;)

I've got a mate that's a poet. He quit writing ( he goes on and in how his PTSD is SO bad, when I have it) I wish he would write another riddle, or poem..( beware of my poor me story-lol!) You made me laugh! My poor ?! Love that ole' scrawny thing. ( I would cry if I could. I cried all my tears at partners funeral.. 9 years ago) my real soul mate.

Life is hard enough. Let's just add some damn PTSD with it... darn it!
