Questioning my mind and memory

I had horrible nightmares last night. Woke my husband up screaming and fighting several times. I woke up feeling nauseous several times during the night, not like flu nausea. My arms and neck are so sore this morning. Like I had been lifting weights all night.

Tired, sad, anxious, frustrated.

Work is really stressful right now. We will all find out on Feb 14 if we will have contracts for next year. . .

Oh man nie. I am sorry, that has got to be stressful as hell. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. (((HUGS)))

I have you all in my thoughts. Nie, wondering about having a job sucks and can make you so sick, sending you peace. Nightmares, ugh, been plagued with them again, Iam, sending you those night guardians to watch over you. KP, don't forget to take us with you on a piece of paper this Wed, I will light a candle for you. Sethe, isn't that the truth CRAP! LOL, I think that's great, somehow I've missed that before and I've been feeling that myself up until today, sending you strength to get through it all. Hugs to you all.

I feel better and hope that it continues. It's always tentative. I will act as it is for now and just not rock the boat today but this mind of mine is unpredictable.

I know its Monday, 6 clogged toilets, 3 sewer mains, 8 units w/burst waterlines, 1 office building w/14 water lines leaking, 1 unit w/sabotaged sewer line (intentionally clogged to cause damage). All in 8 hours, 1 long sigh!

Great on the accomplishment, I get the alone part, I still go through "do I really fit anywhere".

Sad, tired, anxious, rattled.

Yesterday our faculty meeting was about suicide prevention. Having just lost a friend to suicide a month ago, it was still a little too fresh. It was very upsetting. Also, I had nightmares last night about my abuser. That hasn't happened in quite some time. I feel like I cannot breathe.

Successful, I've overcome the iTunes store and bought music. Now I just need to transfer/download the correct stuff to my iPod

My day just turned upside down and I wanted to vent my crummy feelings. Then I saw nie's post and instead I want to send hugs and sympathy and a tank of oxygen so nie can breathe.

I want to hug alixi and say so sorry you had to deal with all that s**t, literally!

I still feel crappy, but thanks to all of you, not quite so much.
