What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I spent so long being detached from my feelings that it is hard for me to identify them. I feel a greater acceptence for myself today, I feel change happening, I feel healing, I feel love

I feel a headache.
I feel a bit sad.
I feel fragile.
I think I'm going to get through it today.
I think I don't need to worry or be anxious.
I think that it's going to be a beautiful day and I can appreciate that no matter how I feel.

T was so hard, I feel as if I don't want to cope with anything except the duvet.

This is my second attempt to post, I went looking for a picture especially for you to perhaps cheer you up some, found it and when I inserted it, it was enormous and the size of my monitor. C'mon people, we need to accept that life is :poop:. We need to keep licking (sorry that should be picking but it sounds so funny:roflmao:) ourselves up. I love spelling mistakes which turn innocent words into something else. A colleague updated our website and left the 'L' out of public transport :roflmao:

If I have to pull myself back up then so must you. On the plus side as someones song says 'The only way is up, baby', by Yaz.

Ever feel like those folk in the movie 'Ice Cold in Alex' when they dragged that damn truck to the top of the sand dune and it ran back to the bottom. Well we are those folk (John Mills, Sylvia Sims and Harry Andrews) and PTSD is our truck. So let's join in and get the ****** truck moving.
