Well our touring bike is almost sold.

A friend of a close friend came to see it on Tuesday, he wanted it as soon as he saw it, unfortunately he could not see it running as the battery was flat. :rolleyes:

New charger bought next day, and oh she sounds sweet, but has to go. :cry: She will be looked after and ridden with respect, so not a bad thing in the end. He is planning on coming back next week, having already bought some stuff to bring her back to her sparkly self.

Seems this is just the type of bike he is wanting and well within his price range, so both sides seem to be happy there.

Money from that will go towards new fencing and our suit re-upholstering :D

Could be interesting with the fence LOL, neighbours are not going to be impressed, but it will be on our land not his.

Well Im both happy and sad for Amethist, at least its going to a good home where it will be looked after thats a good thing. If I could get away with it I would build an 10ft high wall all around my house LOL

LOL I forgot to answer you. I don't have swiss-cheese brain. Nope not me at all. ;) Yes it is -30 f (well was lol.) My bike has been sitting for 13 years. Ex-husband owned it and didn't take care of it, then my dad got it from him, rode it once or twice and then it sat.. and now it's mine. So it needs some work.

Unfortunately, I'm just starting physio on Wednesday for a screwed up back. So no bike for me this year.. although I would like to just get started on fixing it!

Yes very very true... makes me think of the latest moto gp incident with rossi and stoner:eek: They all need to take leaf out of the BSB boys book

Erm LB, did you not see the clip where Rossi went and apologized to Stoner afterwards. Then how concerned stoner was for Rossi's shoulder more than being being taken down.

Maybe Max Biagi should take a leaf out of their book. :tup:
