Thank you SO much for these kind words! I do hope I am an inspiration, cuz I believe that is part of the reason I've been through my suffering. To be able to tell other ppl that it IS possible to get better, and FEEL better. There is hope beyond the hopeless feelings!!

don't ever stop challenging those memories with the assertion of your own wonderful self. it's hard. words can really set your ground on fire. but we are all much much more than words will ever be able to describe, and the force of who we truly feel to be will always be enough to extinguish what other people choose to say.
